Wellness Retreat


There is never enough time to actually slow down and connect with yourself. As helping professionals we are burnt with all the events of the past several years. Come spend two days with us exploring self through several experiential activities for yourself and the people who’s lives you touch.

Be prepared to be creative in your thought process through art, trauma informed yoga, and education around what gets in the way of taking the time to rest and recalibrate.
