Suicide Prevention
Learn what to look for when you are concerned about the safety of someone you care about, and how to support them.

Free Suicide Prevention Community Event
Suicide prevention is a shared responsibility. It can be daunting when a loved one is grappling with suicidal thoughts. These training sessions aim to enhance awareness, provide guidance on how to support someone experiencing suicidal ideation, and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

Healing the Inner Child: Reparenting Ourselves Through Radical Acceptance
Have you ever wondered why it can be so hard to let go of control, reduce judgments, or acknowledge difficult feelings? Using experiential art-making and small group sharing, participants will explore themes related to underlying messages received in childhood and how they impact everyday life including work, relationships, and the ability to relax and have fun.
Participants will learn the key concepts of Radical Acceptance and explore tools for self-exploration and self-understanding including reflective and intuitive art-making as well as sharing with others.
This is an introductory workshop and not meant for those in the midst of deeper processing. If you have questions about the appropriateness of the workshop for you, a 10-15 minute consultation with the presenter will be made available.
Art-making supplies will be provided but attendees are welcome to bring a journal or other preferred materials.

Rising Strong Grief Retreat
Come join us for a two-day retreat where we will gather each day for community, connection, and healing.
Who should attend? Individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Given the intricate nature of grief, those whose loved one's passing anniversary falls beyond the one-year mark are encouraged to participate.
If you intend to stay overnight in the area, there are nearby hotels available.
This training is FREE sponsored by The Justin Center for Transformation and Healing.
Donations are appreciated but not needed.
